Minyoung Park

Min-Young Park is Chief Managing Director of Mastern Partners. Ms. Park built her professional experiences with public institutions such as Korea Securities Depository and Financial Service Commission. She proved her leadership in the financial markets, as the Head of Legal of JB Financial Group. Before Mastern, Ms. Park was a Managing Director of Cactus Private Equity. Ms. Park received her bachelor degree from Konkuk University and her LLM from NYC School of Law. She is a member of Korean Bar Association.

Senior Manager

Wonkyeong Lee

Wonkyeong Lee is a Senior Manager at Mastern Partners. Prior to joining Mastern Partners, Ms. Lee spent nine years at Samjong KPMG. She began her career in the Assurance Division in 2017, providing audit services for four years, before moving to the Deal Advisory Division, where she advised clients on M&A transactions, business valuation, financial due diligence, and other transaction-related advisory engagements for approximately five years. Ms. Lee is a Korean Certified Public Accountant (KICPA). She received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kyung Hee University.
