    Changmoo Shin (“Andrew”)

    Changmoo Shin is President and CEO of Mastern Partners. Before joining Master Partners, Mr. Shin was President of Phnom Penh Commercial Bank(PPCBank) in Cambodia. Prior to PPCBank, Mr. Shin served in a broad range of leadership roles across diverse financial companies in S. Korea including Senior Executive Director and CFO of JB Financial Group, Executive Director of JB Woori Capital, Director of JB Asset Management, and CEO of Pegasus Private Equity. Mr. Shin also worked at CLSA Investus Global, Arthur Andersen GCF, and Daishin Securities. Mr. Shin received B.A. in Political Science from Sogang University and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa.

    Hyeonji Lee (“Olivia”)

    Hyeonji Lee is an executive Manager. Ms. Lee started her career with Samsung C&T Corporation, and worked with Walton Street Capital and Meritz Securities. Ms. Lee holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Public Administration from Yonsei University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

    Sangwon Han is a senior manager and an accountant certified with AICPA. Mr. Han built his investment career with with Hanwha Insurance and KDB Life Insurance. Mr. Han received his dual degrees, B.B.A. in Business Administration and B.A. in Education, from Seoul National University.

    Min-Young Park is an Executive Director. Ms. Park built her professional experiences with public institutions such as Korea Securities Depository and Financial Service Commission. She proved her leadership in the financial markets, as the Head of Legal of JB Financial Group. Before Mastern, Ms. Park was a Managing Director of Cactus Private Equity. Ms. Park received her bachelor degree from Konkuk University and her LLM from NYC School of Law. She is a member of Korean Bar Association.

    Youngho Lee

    Youngho Lee is an executive Manager. Prior to Mastern Partners, Mr. Lee was with Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers, assurance for the first two and half years and transaction advisory for the most of his tenure with PwC. Mr. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Lee received a B.A., with dual degrees in Business administration and Economics, from Sogang University.

    Youngeun Eum

    Young-eun Eum is a manager. She is in charge of post-acquisition management of Mastern Partners funds. Before joining Mastern Partners, Ms. Eum worked with Samjin Pharma, Sangjin Welfare Foundation, and Magic Strawberry. Ms. Eum earned her B.S. in Design Management and B.S. in Business Administration from Hongik University.
